Bum Bum Creek

A great ride through the rolling hills of the Emu Creek and Bum Creek districts that takes in open grazing lands, forested hills and views to mountains in the distance. If you’re lucky, you may even sight some red deer that are known to frequent the area. Apart from a short section on the New England Highway, the rest of the ride is on very quiet gravel and dirt country roads. It can be ridden in either direction. The eastern section of Rocky Gully Road (it links between New England Highway and Emu Creek Road) can be very muddy after rain.

A portion of Bum Bum Creek Road is unfenced and goes through private property. Please stay on the road in this area and respect the landholders’ property. This ride is quite remote with very few people living in the area so ensure that you are well prepared.
